For returns, $8 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. You may also choose to use a $8 credit towards the purchase of a new item.
For items purchased during a 'Gift With Purchase' promotion, all items must be returned for a full refund. If you'd like to keep the gifted item, we will adjust the refund amount less the value of the gift when possible.

Great Gift
I bought this necklace for my sister that lives in Germany just before my travels there. Her favorite gemstone is the labradorite.
I loved the piece once it was delivered to me, but it had a little defect. I reached out to Dean & Davidson and they were able to provide me with a replacement piece that arrived the next day and I was able to gift it to my sister in Germany. She was thrilled about the piece!
