We make high quality jewelry that become an instant classic and will stand the test of time. Our designs have recently been worn by Oprah, Jennifer Lopez, Meghan Markle and many more.

Job Summary


The Social Media Manager is a critical role within the DD marketing function. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for building and delivering a social strategy that inspires and engages our community and drives brand awareness. As the Social Media Manager you will own our social media channels, craft amazing stories through video, photo and written content.
 


The Opportunity
    • Manage and execute on all social platforms including daily publishing

    • Be the subject matter expert for all content being shared on our social channels

      • Plan and execute the monthly content calendar to support product launches and other marketing initiatives

      • Play a key role in our influencer marketing efforts, including identifying brand-right influencers, relationship building, reposting content and engaging with influencer posts

      • Use your creativity to create and curate content, optimized for each platform, that engages, builds brand awareness, drives acquisition and converts (must be comfortable in front of the camera to create original content)

      • Lead social content reporting and use analytics to evolve our social presence

      • Collaborate with our marketing and creative team members to create high performing and on brand content

      • Identify social media marketing trends, competitive research, best practices, and key opportunities for innovation and growth

      • Monitor platforms and respond to customer service opportunities to enhance the customer experience

                     

                    What You Bring to the Table

                     

                    • You have 3+ years of experience in a social media role

                    • You’re always up to date on the latest trends and love testing new ideas

                    • You have strong communication skills that will allow you to respond to customer issues

                    • You love creating original content and using your creativity to try new things

                    • You’re great at building and cultivating relationships

                    • You’re a team player who enjoys collaborating with others 

                    • You’re a strategic thinker and use available data and tools in order to make informed decisions

                    • You have an entrepreneurial spirit - we are a small team so it’s important to be adaptable in order to support your team members
