Shipping FAQs

We try to get orders out as soon as possible, and will typically be shipped out within 1-2 business days.

Please note, during the holiday period, orders may take longer than normal to be processed.

Occasionally, some items may be out of stock and in that event, we will contact you right away to let you know there will be a minor delay and provide an estimated time of arrival.

In-store pick up is available at our Toronto Boutique (145 Berkeley St) 7 days a week during operating hours. 

Pick Up Times:

Monday-Saturday: 10am-6pm & Sunday 12pm-5pm. 

Please select Pick Up In-Store at checkout. You will receive a notification within 24 hours of placing your order to notify you when it is ready for pick up!

You will not be charged any duties on top of the shipping fee.

Due to the time of day when the packages are picked up by thedelivery service, please allow 24 hours for your package to be trackedcorrectly and entered into the system.
