RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To start your return or exchange, get your postal code code and order number ready (which you can find in your order confirmation email) then click on the link below.

If you're returning a gift and don't have your order information, no problem! You can select the Gift Return option at the link below.

We are happy to provide extended returns and exchanges for the holidays. Unworn, non-final-sale items purchased past November 11th, 2025 are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit until January 12th, 2026.

Please note we are happy to provide 30-day returns and 60-day exchanges/store credit on unworn, non-final sale items ordered from our website.

Exchanges are limited to one per order.

For returns, a $8 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. Please note that this fee is waived for exchanges or when opting to receive store credit.

For items purchased during a 'Gift With Purchase' promotion, all items must be returned for a full refund. If you'd like to keep the gifted item, we will adjust the refund amount less the value of the gift when possible.
