    • The perfect touch for your ear lobes, whether worn on their own or in your second or third holes. These brushed-gold huggies feature a U-shape with a hint of thickness at the bottom. Sleek but not plain, they’re designed to suit any look. 

    Material: DD Signature brushed 18kt gold and high polish edges over high-quality brass.

    Length:  0.87" / 22mm

    Note: In some hinged styles, the closure may loosen over time. To fix this, gently push the post upward with your thumb until it aligns tightly with the clasp, restoring the necessary tension to keep it secure.

    Our jewelry is handcrafted using high-quality brass and plated in gold or palladium with our signature brushed and high polished finishes.

    We are happy to provide extended returns and exchanges for the holidays. Unworn, non-final-sale items purchased past November 11th, 2025 are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit until January 12th, 2026.

    Final sale items (including those purchased during Boxing Day Promotions) are not eligible for return or exchange.

    Exchanges are limited to one per order.

    For returns, a $8 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. Please note that this fee is waived for exchanges or when opting to receive store credit.

    For items purchased during a 'Gift With Purchase' promotion, all items must be returned for a full refund. If you'd like to keep the gifted item, we will adjust the refund amount less the value of the gift when possible.

    This is my third purchase in a little less two weeks. The first earrings were purchased in a retail store and I gave one set as a gift. They are so well-made and so simple and stunning.     Made two ladies very happy!

    This week I purchased two pairs of Hinged Huggies - one pair for my daughter and one for my partner’s daughter. This was my first time purchasing from Dean Davidson and not only was choosing very difficult, I was extremely impressed. The quality, weight and simple elegance of the earring is gift worthy! Both ladies loved their gift and now it’s time to choose something for me!! LOL!! Again … hard to choose as the selection is amazing and every piece looks beautiful!

    Thanks for making this gift giving very easy! Love the pieces and especially love that the designs are pure Canadian!!! One pair landed in Calgary and the other gift will be worn in London, GB!
